闽侯县南通镇卫生院新院工程项目选址于闽侯县南通镇，原县城乡规划局于2018年8月6日批复了该项目总平面规划方案，主要经济技术指标为：征地面积23040平方米，建筑密度12.15%，容积率0.36，绿地率35%，建筑占地面积2800平方米，总建筑面积8500平方米，机动车停车位83辆，非机动车停车位328辆。
