<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.1500pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric; mso-pagination:none;line-height:28.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;"><b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">（一）鼓励工业企业年末增产增效。</span></b><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">对符合国家产业政策、全年产值正增长，</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">2022年四季度工业总产值不低于5000万元且现价同比增长12%及以上、2022年11月和12月累计产值增量700万元及以上的规模以上制造业企业，按企业11月和12月工业产值累计同比增量的0.5‰给予奖励。去年同期无基数的工业企业按奖励标准60%执行。单家企业奖励最高不超过30万元。</font></span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.1500pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric; mso-pagination:none;line-height:28.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;"><b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">（二）</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">2023年“开门红”高质量奖励。</font></span></b><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">对符合国家产业政策、</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">2023年一季度工业总产值不低于5000万元且现价同比增长12%及以上、季度产值增量1000万元及以上的规模以上制造业企业，在省市一季度奖励基础上，县财政给予省财政奖励50%的配套补助。单家企业奖励最高不超过40万元。</font></span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.1500pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric; mso-pagination:none;line-height:28.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;"><b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">（三）实施短周期电力直接交易。</span></b><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">鼓励春节期间企业连续生产，充分发挥产能，有效提高全县用电负荷，对已进入电力市场的工业用户开展短周期电力直接交易，交易周期为</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">2023年1月1日至31日。</font></span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
