<font face="仿宋_GB2312" style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">东南</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312" style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">(福建)汽车工业股份有限公司东南汽车产线改造升级冲焊总车间改扩建项目位于闽侯县青口镇。该项目总平面调整方案于2023年11月20日经东南汽车城(闽侯）建设指挥部会审通过（东南汽指项〔2023〕71号）。主要技术经济指标为：征地面积759376.00平方米，可建设用地面积653846.00平方米；总建筑面积433741.88平方米，计算容积率的建筑面积731869.13平方米，占地面积305595.62平方米；容积率1.11，建筑密度46.74%，绿地率15.29%；机动车停车位1506辆。规划建设废水处理站一、固废库、焊涂通廊、焊装车间、联合动力站房、门卫三、涂装车间一、涂总通廊、危废库、主门卫，目前均已开工建设。</font>
