<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">贯彻落实“预防为主、综合防治”的植保方针和“科学植保、公共植保、绿色植保”的理念，培育一些具有一定经济实力的农业企业、专业合作社或家庭农场等农业经营主体。大力开展农作物病虫害专业化统防统治项目，全面提升我</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">县</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">农作物病虫害防控能力，有效预防控制病虫危害蔓延，减轻农残，保障农业生产和农产品安全。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">农作物</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">主要病虫害的专业化统防统治：扶持发展一批装备现代植保机械、服务高效、规模适度的病虫防治专业化服务组织。推广应用大中型高效施药机械、科学用药，培育专业化统防统治服务组织，积极开展专业化统防统治。集中连片整体推进，大力推广新农药、新药械，提升病虫害防控装备水平，加快转变病虫害防控方式，推进统防统治，解决一家一户“打药难”“乱打药”等问题。实现农药减量控害，保障农业生产安全、农产品质量安全和生态环境安全。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">1、申报对象：</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">经工商注册的</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">开展</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">专业化统防统治</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">服务</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">的</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">农业企业、专业合作社或家庭农场等</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">，申报单位应配有相关的专业技术人员或受过专业培训的技术人员。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2、补助标准：拟计划开展两个统防统治服务项目，</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">在我</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">县</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">内开展水稻</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">等农作物</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">主要病虫害专业统防统治</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">服务</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">，经验收合格的</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">每</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">亩次</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">补贴</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">10元，补助总面积8000亩次，合计补助资金不超过8万元，</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">项目资金用于施药作业补贴。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">1</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">、</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">申报</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">：</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">符合农作物</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">主要</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">病虫害专业化统防统治项目补助申报条件的组织，应根据申报指南要求，自愿向</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">闽侯县农业农村局申请</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">，要求附有申请报告和项目申报书（格式见附件</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">1</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">），一律用A4纸打印（一式2份），于202</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">4</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">年</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">7</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">月</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">15</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">日前</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">上报县农业农村局</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">、</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">审核</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">：</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">申报材料经我局审核，实施项目不能重复申报，重复补助；申报对象应对申报内容的真实性、合规性负责。全</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">县拟开展</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">专业化统防统治项目</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个，补助的对象为</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个，若申请项目补助的对象不超过</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个（含</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个），申报项目的对象即为项目实施组织；若超出</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个，我局将组织相关业务站对项目进行核查审定，筛选出</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">2</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">个项目。经</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">县</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">农业农村局审定的项目和资金安排的意见，在</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">闽侯县</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">人民政府网公示。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
