2em;text-indent: 2em;">中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理何立峰6月25日在福建福州调研物流体系建设工作。何立峰指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于有效降低全社会物流成本和建设全国统一大市场的重要指示精神，加快高标准物流体系建设，形成统一高效、竞争有序的物流市场，推动物流成本实质性下降，更好服务构建全国统一大市场。</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;">何立峰先后来到福州现代物流城和长乐机场海关货物通关现场，实地调研物流体系建设工作，了解物流成本、物流新业态新模式发展、多式联运、货物通关等情况以及存在的主要问题。</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;">何立峰指出，完善商贸流通体系、降低全社会物流成本是建设全国统一大市场、加快构建新发展格局的重要基础性工作，要持续深化综合交通运输体系改革，加强公铁水空等各类交通设施衔接、信息共享、标准协同、安检互认、平台服务，促进物流各环节高效衔接，加快形成内外联通、安全高效的物流网络，提升交通物流与全国统一大市场的适配性。要不断提高多式联运能力和水平，推动大宗货物和集装箱中长距离运输“公转铁”、“公转水”，支持铁路专用线进港区、进园区、进厂区。要加快智慧公路、智慧港口、智慧枢纽等建设，推进交通基础设施数字化转型升级，大力发展共同配送、仓配一体、冷链物流等新业态新模式，推动有效降低运输、仓储和管理成本。要加强对跨境物流的服务保障，支持跨境电商和海外仓发展。</p><p><br></p><p 2em;">何立峰还到福州市城区水系联排联调中心调研了城市防洪排涝有关情况。他指出，要认真贯彻落实好习近平总书记关于防汛救灾工作的重要指示精神，把保障人民生命财产安全放到第一位。在汛情发生前，要提早做好对地铁、道路等交通基础设施以及地质灾害隐患点、城市易涝点等防御重点部位和薄弱环节的排查工作，加强应急准备，最大限度减少极端天气带来的损失。在汛情发生后，要立即组织抢险队伍排涝救灾，尽快恢复正常生产生活秩序。</p><section
