data-biz_account_status="0"></mp-common-profile></section>2024年6月20日，福州高新区教育和卫生健康局发布“关于2024年小学一年级招生工作的意见"。福州高新区各小学招收户籍关系在本招生划片区内以及符合政策要求年满六周岁（2018年8月31日前出生未入学）的适龄儿童。　　片内生指符合“三一致”条件的学生。“三一致”指户籍、房产及实际居住地一致。片内生招生由片区（学校）依据招生原则负责实施。公办小学的片内生具体认定、审核由招收学校负责, 有争议的由福州高新区教育和卫生健康局裁决。户籍在片内但不符合片内生条件的，属挂户生，由户籍所在地高新区教育和卫生健康局统筹安排入学。随迁子女入读公办小学通过“榕教之窗”系统统一实行电脑派位招生。其中，高新区户籍但不符合户籍、住房产权、实际居住“三一致”条件的适龄儿童入学办法。户籍在区中小学招生服务区域内但不符合以上户籍、住房产权、实际居住“三一致”条件的适龄儿童（如：集体户、投靠亲属落户、租住户、非住宅产权户等），原则上由区教育行政主管部门统筹安排到有学位的学校入学。公办中小学在招收招生服务区域内户籍、住房产权、实际居住“三一致”以及按政策照顾对象的适龄儿童后，有剩余学位的，片区（学校）采取通过统筹安排、公开电脑派位或抽签录取办法接收部分本类适龄儿童入学。优先派位条件：在随迁子女具备公办小学就读条件的前提下，对学校第一志愿学生设置以下派位优先等级：最优先：①父（母）持有志愿学校服务范围内房产100%产权（房屋所有权证、不动产权证书、预告登记证、不动产登记证明）；②父（母）与祖父母（外祖父母）共有志愿学校服务范围内房产，且父（母）持有50%（含）以上份额的随迁子女。次优先：①父（母）2月28日前在居住地所在区持有营业执照并具备年纳税证明（国税、地税电子发票）的随迁子女；②父（母）具有申请入学所在区户口且另一方居住证在同一个区的随迁子女；③父母双方具有申请入学所在区户口并在户籍所在区申请入学的随迁子女。④多孩家庭随迁子女其哥哥(姐姐)所在学校为弟弟(妹妹)填报的第一志愿。第三优先：父母一方在区内持续缴纳社保6个月（截止当年6月30日）以上的随迁子女。公办小学招生日程安排：预报名与入学凭证核查（1）6月20日8:00至7月2日18:00，所有需要在公办校入学的适龄儿童通过“榕教之窗”系统参加预报名。（2）7月3日至5日，预报名成功的学生入学凭证核查。<section
