style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">你看那乌龙江畔，碧空如洗，连峰泼黛，江水潋滟，茉莉花田弥望如雪，随风送来阵阵清香。走进花田，洁白娇小的花朵在绿叶丛中绽放，花瓣如绸如缎，在阳光下泛着莹莹的光。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">福州的茉莉花，在沿江两岸的沙洲花田里，也在城市绿地的郁郁葱葱里；在汽车后视镜上挂着的香包里，也在街边行人佩戴的鲜花手串里，还在福州人日日啜饮的茶盏里。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">2000多年前，茉莉花经海上丝绸之路引种至中国，因福州独特的地理与气候，在这里落地生根。千年岁月间，茉莉花与茶文化在福州交融，孕育出芳香四溢的茉莉花茶，成为福州重要的城市名片。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">茉莉花融入城市的记忆里，更绽放在市民的生活中。1985年，经福州市八届人大常委会第十二次会议审议通过，茉莉花被确定为福州市花。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">福州人对茉莉花有着特殊的感情。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">登上福州乌山望潮峰，一方宋代福州太守柯述留下的“天香台”碑刻石壁依然矗立，见证着代代福州人对“天香”茉莉的欣赏。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">“茉莉晓迷琼径白，荔枝秋映绮筵红”“团团末利丛，繁香暑中拆”“倩得薰风染绿衣。国香收不起，透冰肌”……古往今来，来过福州的文人墨客曾写下众多赞美茉莉花的诗篇。它的馥郁芬芳、洁白质朴、高雅淡泊为人喜爱，也被彼时闽人称作“人间第一香”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">茉莉花与茶的结合则让福州与茉莉花的缘分更深。宋朝开始，古人尝试以香花制作花茶，福州也逐渐发展出独特而完备的茉莉花茶窨制技艺，也就是将茶坯与茉莉鲜花充分搅拌，让茶坯吸收花香，达到“花茶见茶不见花，茶中却有茉莉香”的效果。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">福州山丘连绵，云雾缭绕，利于种植茶树。同时，气候温暖湿润，闽江干流流经处土壤肥沃，茉莉花生长繁盛，香气独特。在清朝咸丰年间，来自北京、天津等地的茶商在福州大量窨制茉莉花茶，销往东北、华北一带，福州成为全国茉莉花茶生产中心和集散地。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">到了20世纪八九十年代，福州全城已拥有茉莉花茶加工厂近千家，年产茉莉花茶近8万吨，占全国茉莉花茶产量60%以上。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">当时，福州的农民纷纷种植茉莉花。“山塘日日花成市，园客家家雪满田”，每逢盛夏，福州就化作了一座花城，花香氤氲，风景醉人。福州的南台岛也因遍植茉莉花被称为琼花玉岛。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;">茉莉花的香味也镌刻在福州人共同的记忆中。在茶摊凉亭围坐，泡一壶茉莉花茶，听两折评话，聊几句家长里短，好不惬意。或是在温汤澡堂，三五好友泡完澡后歇在竹藤躺椅上，大汗淋漓时品一口鲜爽回甘的茉莉花茶，怎一个舒爽了得！</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">数公里之外，福建春伦集团有限公司质管部负责人陈楠正在信息化监管平台上，通过视频监控实时查看茉莉花种植园的情况，评估当日茉莉花采摘量。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">茉莉吐香时间短暂，采摘的茉莉花当日就要立即送往工厂进行窨制。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">茉莉花茶为什么这么香？答案就在窨制工艺里。窨制，就是利用茶坯的吸附性能与鲜花的吐香性能，将经过精制加工的茶坯与经养护筛选后的茉莉花放在一起，经过多次一吐一吸的静置过程，让茶坯充分吸收花香，变成带有茉莉花香的花茶。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">在春伦集团的茉莉花茶生产车间内，各条生产线全力开工，分布各处的传感器实时显示车间内的环境湿度、二氧化碳浓度和窨制设备内的温度、湿度、氧气含量等数值。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">“以往生产靠的是经验和制茶工人的感觉，现在有了量化数控设备，能精准控制茉莉花茶生产各个环节，茶的口感和品质更稳定了。”陈楠介绍，在窨前的茶叶精制工艺中，工厂采集数据构建生产模型，建立了不同茶类在不同初始状态下的精制烘干条件，设定精确的进茶量、烘干温度、运行速率，使产品一次质检通过率从原来的60%左右提高到95%。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-top: 10px;">福建春伦集团有限公司董事长傅天龙说，公司开发并持续完善茶产业全生命周期管理系统，借助数字化手段实现种植、采摘、生产加工、包装、销售等各个环节的标准化管理，提升生产质效。</p><p 10px;">质量是产业立身之本。近年来，福州出台多个政策支持茉莉花茶产业发展，明确具体领域和相关举措，多方面支持福州茉莉花茶产业高质量发展。同时，福州积极组织专家完善茉莉花茶标准和生产加工技术规程，指导培训花农、茶农和企业按标准生产加工。</p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height:
