34px;">，</span>近日广州芳村“X 茶”暴雷引发社会广泛关注。这些业务模式脱离了商品交易实质，由正常销售行为演变为一种追求高额回报的投资理财行为，以高息、高回报为诱饵，吸引消费者投资，本质上都是“庞氏骗局”，可能涉嫌非法集资。由于其隐蔽性强，诱惑性大，广大群众容易上当受骗，严重的还会危及经济金融秩序和社会稳定。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">通常，这类“理财化”商品销售行为（即将正常的交易行为异化为投资理财行为）有如下特征：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.承诺售后回购或售后返利等，假意迎合社会公众对个人资产保值增值的理财需求；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.不交付实物或交付实物但承诺回购；</p><p
