【防骗宝典】防范养老诈骗，不信“偏门”不贪“小利”！

16px;">不法分子非法获取保单信息后，通过诋毁保险产品、承诺更高收益等手段，鼓动老年人退保并购买所谓“高收益”理财产品。待老年人陷入圈套后，不法分子不仅收取高额“代理维权”手续费，甚至侵占老年人的退保资金。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">案例二：“以房养老”陷阱</span></strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">不法分子打着“以房养老”旗号，诱骗老年人抵押房产购买所谓“理财产品”并承诺给付高额利息。实际上是以老年人房产办理抵押借款，获取资金后被不法分子挪作他用甚至挥霍。一旦资金链断裂，老年人不仅无法收回本金、获得收益，还将面临房产被强制拍卖的风险。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">案例三：“投资理财”陷阱</span></strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">不法分子打着“国家扶持”“政策补贴”旗号，通过虚构投资理财项目或夸大投资收益，以“低风险、高回报”为噱头进行诈骗。不法分子首先鼓动老年人“小额投资”，然后按时“高额返利”，进而诱使老年人追加投资金额，一旦收到大额资金便卷款跑路。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 针对以上骗取老年人养老钱的三类陷阱，闽侯县处非办提示老年消费者：</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 一、不信“偏门”不贪“小利”，提高警惕防诈骗。一方面不信“偏门”，办理各类金融业务一定要通过正规机构和渠道；不贪“小利”，谨记“天上不会掉馅饼”的道理。另一方面多了解金融常识，从正规渠道了解金融产品和办理流程，提高防范风险能力。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 二、老年人不要被“保本高息”“保证收益”等说辞迷惑。正规的“以房养老”是国家施行的“老年人住房反向抵押养老保险”。具体来说，就是拥有房屋完全合法产权的老年人将房产抵押给保险公司，继续拥有房屋占有、使用、收益和经抵押权人(保险公司）同意的处置权，并按照约定条件领取养老金直至身故。老年人身故后，保险公司获得抵押房产处置权，处置所得将优先用于偿付养老保险相关费用。</span></section><section
